Bachelor of Law. During her university career she was a beneficiary of an Erasmus scholarship at the Università degli Studi di Firenze and she speaks fluent Spanish, Italian and English. He also has a basic knowledge of Spanish Sign Language (LSE), which he enjoys expanding whenever he can.

He has been a member of the Superior Corps of Civil Administrators of the State since 2018.

He has worked at the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) and in the Management of the Reina Sofía National Museum of Contemporary Art.

She has been Technical Adviser both in the General Subdirectorate of Resources, Complaints and Relations with the Courts of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, and in the General Subdirectorate of Resources, Complaints and Relations with the Administration of Justice of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service.

She has also held the position of Deputy Assistant Director of European Funds for Science and Innovation, of the Ministry of the same name, and in which she also gave a course on the management of computer applications for the management of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Since March 1, 2024, she has been Head of the Technical Assistance Unit of the General Directorate of the Public Service, carrying out, in addition to various functions of a legal nature, other varied tasks of coordination and support.

María is deeply committed to the rights of people with disabilities and part of that commitment is expressed by participating as a speaker in various days of both Talent Acquisition and diversity in public employment.
