Inter-administrative collaboration bodies

The duty of collaboration between public administrations, enshrined in Article 141 of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, materializes in the field of public service in two inter-administrative bodies governed by Article 100 of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee: the Sectoral Conference on Public Administration and the Committee on the Coordination of Public Employment.
Sectoral Conference on Public Administration
The Sectoral Conference of Public Administration is the body of cooperation in the field of public administration of the General Administration of the State, of the Administrations of the Autonomous Communities, of the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and of the Local Administration, whose representatives will be designated by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, as an association of local entities with the largest implementation.

Coordinating Committee on Public Employment
The Committee on the Coordination of Public Employment is a technical and working body designed as a body for cooperation between the various public administrations - the General Administration of the State, the Administrations of the Autonomous Communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and the local authorities, through the EMFF - in the field of public service.
It is one of the essential bodies to ensure the coherence and communication of the public employment system, being the mechanism used to share and try to provide solutions to common problems. Depending on the Sectoral Conference on Public Administration, its regulation is contained in the Article 100 of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 October approving the recast text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee.
Lines of action
- Encouraging the actions necessary to ensure the effectiveness of constitutional principles in access to public employment.
- The study and analysis of draft core legislation on public employment, as well as the issuance of reports on any other regulatory projects submitted to you by the public authorities.
- The preparation of studies and reports on public employment.
