Assistant Director-General for Human Resources Planning and Remuneration
Functions
- The study of projects and guidelines in the field of remuneration and job endowments, and the proposals for approving and modifying the relations and catalogues of jobs in the General Administration of the State, as well as the authorization of appointments of interim officials and contracts of temporary staff in this field, in coordination with the General Directorate of Personnel Costs.
- The elaboration and proposal of the Public Employment Offer of the State Administration, the conduct of studies on the personnel needs of the State Administration and on the criteria for the efficient allocation of its personnel; the elaboration of common bases and the report of the calls for access to the status of public employee and employee of the General Administration of the State, as well as those corresponding to access as labor personnel subject to the Single Convention of the General Administration of the State in places reserved to be covered by persons who demonstrate intellectual disability.
