Functions

  • The prior report of all agreements, agreements, covenants or any other similar collective bargaining instruments, as well as of the measures adopted in their fulfilment or development, the content of which refers to expenses attributable to the personnel expenses chapter of the budgets of the Public Corporate Bodies, and other public entities of the State public sector, State commercial companies, foundations of the State public sector and consortiums owned by the State public sector, as well as other working conditions.

  • The design and diagnosis of human resources policies of the institutional public sector.

  • The authorization, in coordination with the General Directorate of Personnel Costs, for the recruitment of labour personnel in the institutional public sector.

  • The elaboration of common bases and the report of the calls for access to the status of public employee and employee of the state public sector.
