General Access Point: The 060 phone number of the State Administration receives more than 13 million calls in 2021

The 060, which reports all the formalities and services of the General State Administration (AGE), attended in 2021 (with data until December 28) a total of 13,245,659 calls from citizens, 3.5% more than the calls registered in the same period of the previous year.

During 2020, the calls served by the 060 were 12,794,369, 18.5% more than those received in 2019.

Over the past 10 years, calls to 060 have increased sixfold from 2.2 million in 2011 to 13.2 million in 2021

The 060 is an AGE telephone service channel that has an intelligent network telephone platform that supports citizens 24 hours a day and attends to a first level directly centralised calls from citizens, referring them, if necessary, to operators specialising in the various subjects.
