The sixth debate on rethinking the selective process took place on 9 February. On this occasion, it was attended by:
- Elisa de la Nuez, General Secretary of the Hay Derecho Foundation, who stressed that it is currently being selected for an administration that does not exist or that has ceased to exist, although the administration has tools to choose otherwise.
- Carles Ramió, Professor of Political Science and Administration at the UPF, who proposed that in order to attract talent, it is necessary to evaluate aspects related to intelligence and personality such as teamwork, empathy and digital and practical competences.
- Ricardo Mairal, Magnificent Rector of the National University of Distance Education, stated that in addition to attracting talent, he must be retained in order to avoid talent leakage to the private sector.
- Gerardo Bustos, Assistant Director-General for Information, Documentation and Publications of the Ministry of Finance, proposes other selection methods based on professionalization and the search for intelligence, adaptability and skills necessary for the development of jobs.
- Margarita Gómez de Bonilla, Assistant Director-General of Informatics and Management of the Ministry of Economy and Digital Transformation, presented her vision derived from the experience in participating in the selection bodies of the General Government of the State.
The debate was moderated by Eva Álvarez Pecido, Assistant Director-General of Selection of INAP and Chair of the Standing Selection Commission.
