On 14 July 2020, the first MUFACE General Council of the year was held, in which an assessment was made of the actions of the Mutuality during the state of alarm to ensure the health and care of the mutualists.
The Mutuality has taken 70 measures to provide a rapid response to this situation. From the very beginning, communication measures were taken with the mutualists, the benefits were adapted to the situation of the pandemic and measures were put in place to make the procedures more flexible to avoid displacements and risks of contagion.
Among these measures, it is worth mentioning the extension of the phonebook petition service through 060 for all mutualists and not just pensioners, as well as the extension of the electronic prescription in all autonomous communities.
