MUFACE has extended the telephone service preferentially to mutualists over 75 years of age who are seconded to offices in 20 provinces. Between February and May, 22 other offices, including Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona, have started offering this service. Currently, 168,953 mutualists are 75 years of age or older.
This specific service is reserved for the group of elderly people, so each mutualist is asked for their name and ID.
The aforementioned group may also continue to channel their requests for consultation, prior appointment or recipe book for the rest of the established channels (App, headquarters, phone 060 postal mail).
The Mutuality plan to articulate in the remaining 10 Provincial Services this service to give attention to the collective of this age segment, in September of this year. The implementation of lines and extension of the project will take place as the human resources available to meet them are secured.
