Recently, the VII Ibero-American Meeting of Schools and Institutes of Public Administration of CLAD (Latin American Centre for Administration for Development), held in videoconference format, organized by INAP of Spain, was attended by the Secretary of State for Public Service at the inaugural event.
Part of the meeting was held in open session and was broadcast on the CLAD YouTube channel.
The title of the meeting was “Lessons learned and challenges of post-pandemic reality”.
At that meeting, after discussion, the representatives adopted the Madrid Declaration, available in this linkadopting a series of recommendations to institutes and schools to strengthen the self-management of their capacities, resources and alliances in order to be able to adapt flexibly, flexibly and effectively to changes in the environment, and in particular to crisis situations, which are likely to be more frequent in the future.
They also urge them to systematically incorporate risk analysis and contingency plans into their future forecasts to manage them.
