The provincial services of Almeria, Asturias, Cáceres and Pontevedra (including the delegated office of Vigo) since 16 November have the system of prior appointment request through the electronic headquarters and the telephone 060. To obtain an appointment at these offices from 30 November, the 107,007 affiliates of Almeria (24,688), Asturias (34,376), Cáceres (16,363) and Pontevedra (31.580) must do so by phone 060 or by the electronic headquarters of the Mutuality.
With these, there are already 28 provinces that have this service since the last 25 May the mandatory prior appointment was imposed in all the offices of MUFACE: A Coruña (including the office of Santiago de Compostela), Álava Albacete, Alicante, Almería, Asturias, Badajoz, Barcelona, Cáceres, Cádiz, Castellón, Córdoba, Granada, Jaén, Lleida, Madrid, Málaga, Málaga
In order to request a prior appointment at MUFACE's electronic headquarters, electronic identification is not required, only a ID and a mobile phone number, entering at this link.
As for the call to 060, if an appointment is required before 30 November in Almeria, Asturias, Cáceres and Pontevedra or Vigo, it is enough to call the phone or to write an email to the address of each Provincial Service or Delegated Office (case of Vigo) to ask for an appointment, at this link.
Since 25 May, the date on which the mandatory pre-appointment was imposed, offices have been limited to rationalize the influx of people, boosting other means such as electronic headquarters, telephone, email and web form.
With regard to the request for talonaries, it should be recalled that on 13 October MUFACE implemented the new application service through 060, .
Data on the use of the prior appointment in October indicate that 39,046 appointments have been made at the MUFACE offices during the month, taking into account that they have remained open throughout the pandemic. Of these, 24,282 have been used, i.e. 62.18%, which represents a significant improvement over 47%, e.g. data from June, July and August.
