In the Official State Gazette of 31 July, the Resolution of the Subsecretariat of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service was published, approving the updating of the MUFACE Charter of Services for the period 2020-2023.

The charter of services is the instrument through which the Mutuality informs its mutualists and beneficiaries about the services it has entrusted to them, about the rights they receive and about the quality commitments made in their provision.

Since the adoption of the previous letter of service for the period 2014-2017, MUFACE has carried out a process of transformation and strengthening that began with the implementation of the 2017-2020 Boost Plan. To consolidate this modernizing process of the entity, work has begun on the elaboration of the new strategic plan MUFACE 20-23.
