5. THE LABOUR REGIME
- 5.1. Possibility that a worker of an Autonomous Agency may receive the productivity she has not received during the period of time she was in “provisional suspension of functions”. (18 KB)
- 5.2. The possibility of a fixed employee taking advantage of the compulsory leave provided for in Article 56 of the Third Single Agreement for being appointed as temporary staff of a City Council. (23 KB)
- 5.3. Possibility that permanent staff may enjoy the inexcusable duty permit provided for in the Single Agreement and in the Basic Statute of the Public Employee for hours or days to comply with the visiting regime established in the divorce decree. (23 KB)
- 5.4. The right to suspend a contract of employment to those who have approved the opposition phase of the selective process but have not yet passed the test phase in order to be able to continue providing services in an International Organization. (15 KB)
- 5.5. Possibility of suspending the two-month trial period for access as permanent work personnel, for the enjoyment of the adoption permit. (16 KB)
