Public consultation on the identification of areas without coverage at more than 30 Mbps, more than 100 Mbps and more than 300 Mbps by the year 2022

• Obtain from the interested parties (Operators, Public Administrations and other agents) the observations or proposals of rectification to the preliminary list of white zones NGA and grey areas NGA at less than 100 Mbps and between 100 and 300 Mbps.
• To request from telecommunications operators that, in the NGA white or grey areas, they have or control infrastructures that can be used in projects that can benefit from public aid for the deployment of broadband, information on them to be made available to all candidates, unless such information is already available to them.
• Take note of any other comments that may be made in relation to this process.

In order to respond to the correction proposals, a response model in Excel format with the preliminary list of white areas has been published on the Ministry’s website. In relation to three-year coverage plans that could lead to the elimination of any area preliminarily identified as white or grey NGA eligible, it is specified that the proposal for correction is accompanied by the information detailed in paragraph 5 of the Text of the Public Consultation on the identification of areas without coverage to more than 30 Mbps, to more than 100 Mbps and more than 300 Mbps for the year 2022. Failure to submit such documentation may result in the plans not being considered credible at this time and, consequently, in the affected geographical area being declared a white or grey area. NGA.

In case any of the areas preliminarily identified cannot be partially considered as white or grey NGA, the participant will present a geographical contour with the cadastral plots included in the area that should not be considered white or grey NGA In shape or GML format.

Only responses in which the sender is clearly identified will be considered.

In general, the responses will be considered non-confidential and, consequently, freely disseminated. In case of including in the response information that is considered confidential, it must be clearly identified, motivating such consideration.
