The phone number 060 has started to provide information on issues related to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. This is a new support and support service aimed in particular at individuals, SMEs and the self-employed, with the aim of facilitating their access to the calls for aid opened under this plan.

The 060 is a telephone service channel of the General Administration of the State that supports citizens 24 hours and 365 days of the year. At present, the 060 includes about 230 telephone lines from various administrative bodies and more than 25 citizen care services.

Within the framework of this integration and unification of the different telephone numbers of the State General Administration, promoted by the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, together with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the 060 partnership with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan has been initiated.

In this way, the 060 will serve as a one-stop service for citizens, to channel telephone consultations around European funds.
