Resolution of the Secretary of State for Public Service on the review of the measures against COVID-19 to be adopted by the General Administration of the State in the face of the evolution of the health crisis and the progress of vaccination

This resolution updates, in the light of the current Law 2/2021, of 29 March, on urgent measures of prevention, containment and coordination to deal with the health crisis caused by COVID-19, the measures set out in the latest resolution issued for this purpose by the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Civil Service, of 17 June 2020, as well as those contemplated in the update of the same April 2020 General Instruction.

The resolution adopted aims to serve as a general framework for ensuring homogeneity in the return to regular physical presence in the workplaces for all staff in the service of the General Administration of the State, without prejudice to the particularities derived from the structure of each ministerial department and their territorial location, as well as the necessary adaptation of the measures to the evolution of the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

In addition, this decision is issued without prejudice to the specificities and specificities existing in the General Government of the State related to the type of personnel and public services to be provided.

During its term, the ordinary mode of service in the General Administration of the State for all its personnel will be the on-site work, without prejudice to the criteria and guidelines established for groups especially sensitive to COVID-19 by the health authority.

The measures resulting from the resolution shall be the subject of negotiation, consultation or information, depending on the matter, in the Delegated Bureaux or in the relevant social participation body.

The resolution will have full effect from 1 October 2021.
