On 5 July, the Government Delegation against Gender-Based Violence (DGVG) and MUFACE signed a Collaborative Convention on Gender Violence.

This convention will involve the development of concrete actions on violence against women, aimed at the group of mutualists, including the implementation of a specific benefit for victims of gender-based violence and the inclusion in the Health Care Concert of concrete measures for the protection of mutualists.

The convention is part of the development of the III Plan for Gender Equality in AGE and public bodies linked or dependent on it. More specifically, Axis 5 provided for a Partnership Agreement/Convention between MUFACE and the Government Delegation against Gender-Based Violence on Gender Violence, a commitment that is taking shape today with the signing of this Convention.

On the other hand, the signing of the Convention complies with one of the commitments set out in the MUFACE Plan. It will provide a framework for collaboration between the parties, for the joint development of actions on violence against women among the group of mutualists and beneficiaries in the field of MUFACE.
