Adif and Adif High Speed (Adif AV) have published various public entrance calls with a total of 1,690 places (1,688 in Adif and 2 in Adif AV) from various professional groups included in the collective agreement: support structure, technical staff and operational staff.
These calls correspond to the Public Employment Offer (OEP) provided for in the Employment Plan for the financial year 2021 and include places linked to the authorization of the replacement rate established in the General Law of State Budgets of 2021 and some pending from previous years, as well as 960 places of the 1,255 granted for Adif under the approval of the Strategic Plan of 170 Adif and 2025 Bid
This is one of the largest job calls in recent years, as a sign of the commitment to rail to reduce emissions in the transport of goods and people and to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. They also highlight the large number of places offered linked to Vocational Training profiles, more than 1,500 this year and almost 1,000 each year from 2022 to 2025. The interest of Adif and Adif AV in attracting female talent is also highlighted, as there is still a global gender gap in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as in our sector. Any woman can finally find references in the company for her professional development, as pointed out by the president of Adif and Adif AV, Isabel Pardo de Vera.
With the publication of this public job offer, Adif and Adif AV advance to ensure the future of their workforce at a time when they are in a process of modernisation to face the challenges of the future of the rail sector, such as the liberalisation of passenger services throughout the Railway Network of General Interest (RFIG).
