Muface implants the new recipe talonary request system via phone 060

MUFACE has implemented a new service to request prescription pallets, which can be used at any time without holding office hours by calling 060 via an automated service, without the need to refer the call to the Information Office to the Mutualist, which returns to its original and exclusive function of resolving queries.

In this way, the channels for applying for a recipe book will be as follows:

  • Electronic Headquarters with Cl@ve, digital certificate or electronic ID (link)
  • Mobile app with pre-registration liaison
  • Email to the Provincial Service: liaison
  • Telephone 060
  • Postal mail

This measure helps to streamline the management of the Information Office to the Mutualist and provincial services, which will thus have sufficient capacity to attend many more consultations and represents a further step forward of MUFACE in its aim of ensuring full attention to the mutualist 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

On the other hand, the obligatory use of the phonebook for mutualists of agreed choice is transitory, insofar as progress will be made towards the electronic prescription, as the main digital resource for mutualists.

The Mutuality is open to the collaboration of the mutualists to improve the automated service of 060 through the complaints and suggestions.
