The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism initiates a public consultation for the one assessment of the costs incurred in receiving or accessing audiovisual media services in buildings affected by the release of the Digital Dividend, with the aim of determining the amount of compensation to be awarded to the Communities of Building Owners or owners of a common digital television reception infrastructure for the expenses they will have to bear.

Only responses in which the sender is identified will be considered.
In general, the responses will be considered non-confidential and therefore freely disseminated. The parts of the information that are desired to be considered as confidential must be specifically indicated and delimited in the text itself, motivating the reasons for such qualification.
