Public Consultation on Draft Order ETD/xxx/2022, establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of aid under the Single Rural Demand Programme

In order to obtain the opinion of operators, companies, industries, sectoral associations, public administrations, manufacturers, citizens and interested parties, the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures submits for public consultation questions relating to DRAFT ORDER ETD/xxx/2022, ESTABLISHING THE REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF AID for the Configuration of a wholesale service that allows the contracting of an affordable RETAIL BROADBAND CONNECTION service to a minimum transmission capacity of 100 Mbps MAINLY IN REMOTE RURAL AREAS and the installation of the necessary equipment (SINGLE RURAL DEMAND PROGRAM), in the framework of the recovery plan.

Only the responses in which the sender is identified and their contribution will be considered to be on the need, timeliness or content of the text of the normative project on which to view the present public consultation procedure. In general, the responses and contributions received will be considered susceptible to public dissemination. The parts of the information submitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, should be specifically indicated in the text of the contribution or comment itself, not considering for this purpose the generic messages of confidentiality of the information.
