Preliminary draft law on the promotion of the Startups ecosystem

In accordance with the provisions of article 26.2 of Law 50/1997, of November 27, of the Government, the Ministry of Economy and Enterprise submits to public consultation prior to the preparation of the text of the preliminary draft of “Law on the promotion of the Startup ecosystem”, the measures that would be necessary to promote the Startup ecosystem, in order to turn Spain into an “Entrepreneurial Nation” at the European forefront of entrepreneurship, job creation and sustainable economic growth.

Only responses in which the sender is identified will be considered.

In general, the responses will be considered non-confidential and, consequently, freely disseminated. The parts of the information that are desired to be considered as confidential must be specifically indicated and delimited in the text itself, motivating the reasons for such qualification.
