From 1 January and until the 31st of that month, mutualists who so wish may request the change of health entity, whether they are affiliated with the public health services or the insurance companies included in the Health Care Concert 2022-2024: Asisa, DKV and SegurCaixa Adeslas. The change can be made in any sense.
In order to make an informed choice, the mutualist group can check the offer of the different entities in the section Find your Doctor on the MUFACE website, although it is noted that the updated 2024 catalogues will be available from 1 January.
The possibility of making the change of entity for holders, in which their beneficiaries will be included, is exercised freely during the month of January, through the established channels.
Once the change has been made, if the public health service has been requested, the corresponding health card must be requested at the respective Health Center. If, on the contrary, an application has been made for membership of a concerted entity, it will be the entity itself that sends the new card within one week. In addition, the electronic channel will provide, as long as the health card of the entity concerned is obtained, for a certificate of secondment to a health entity.
