This week, Pilar del Real, Senior Traffic Technician and who serves in the Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT), enters the daily life of the DGT, Autonomous Body whose purpose is to develop actions aimed at improving the behaviour and training of road users and the safety and fluidity of the movement of vehicles and the provision to the citizen of all the administrative services related to them.
The mission of the DGT is to exercise the powers of the Ministry of the Interior over the Autonomous Central Traffic Authority, with objectives such as reducing by half the number of deaths and serious injuries caused by road accidents and the purpose of making the DGT more modern, more efficient, more digital and at the same time closer to the citizen.
Working for everyone’s safety can be exciting, so Pilar encourages all proactive, holistic and service-oriented people to consider the Directorate-General for Traffic as a professional outlet. There are many necsarian profiles, so... ahead!
