Coinciding with the beginning of the university course, the gathering of talent in the General Administration of the State is resumed, a project developed by the General Directorate of the Public Service since 2019.
With these conferences, organized in different areas such as universities, professional colleges and educational centers, where the rapporteurs explain public employment as a professional outlet; the aim is to improve the image of the General Administration of the State as an employer, as well as that of its employees and employees, emphasizing their important contribution to society, explaining their work and raising awareness of the value of the public services provided in order to guarantee the incorporation of enough people in the public sector.
In this context, on October 4, 2022, at 12:00 hours, a workshop is held for engineering students, masters or graduates at the University of Cantabria, within the Talent Recruitment Plan in the General State Administration.
The rapporteurs included Ruth Martínez Pérez, Director of the Information Technology Division of the State Secretariat for Civil Service.
