The Government is launching the new mobile application of “My Citizen Folder”, through which any user can consult certain personal data, prior appointments and notifications, as well as being informed of the status of their files under processing. This version includes a mobile application, a website and a virtual assistant, which is intended to bring the administration closer to the citizens, facilitating a more fluid and close relationship.
