The Transparency Portal publishes the Annual Regulatory Plan 2022

The Annual Regulatory Plan of the General State Administration for 2022 has been published in the Transparency Portal. This Plan has been approved by the Government in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Government Law 50/1997 of 27 November 1997. It contains legislative or regulatory initiatives which the various ministerial departments envisage raising during that calendar year to the Council of Ministers for approval before the end of the year.

The Plan contains a total of 368 policy proposals, including 11 organic laws, 81 laws, and 276 real decrees.

The proposals are listed in the Plan by department of initiative and, within each one, by normative range.

With regard to the scope of the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, 12 laws and 30 Royal Decrees have been included, including the following in the field of public service:

3. Law on the prevention of conflicts of interest in the public sector

4. Law on transparency and integrity in the activities of interest groups

7. Royal Decree Regulating the Activity of Preparation for Public Service Access by Public Employees
