In the State Gazette Today, 30 June, the Resolution of 24 June 2021 has been published, appointing career officials of the Higher Corps of Customs Surveillance, Navigation and Propulsion.
It is a body of the General Administration of the State attached to the Ministry of Economy, to the Tax Agency, whose activity is focused on the management of the aeronautical and terrestrial media of the Customs Surveillance Service.
In order to participate in the selective process, applicants must have a degree in Nautical and Maritime Transport or a Master or Master in Naval Machines or a Master.
The selection process will consist of 5 Exercises, the first will consist, for all the Specialties, in the written reply of a questionnaire of 20 questions on European Union and Constitutional law, the Organization of the State and Public Administration, Administrative Law and Financial and Tax Law.
The second exercise shall consist of the written resolution of a professional practical case, depending on the speciality.
The third exercise shall consist of two parts, each of which is eliminated. The first part shall be, for all the Specialties, in the direct written translation into Spanish, without the help of a dictionary, of a text in English, French or German and the second part shall be in the written reply of 15 questions, on the subjects related to each specialty.
The fourth exercise consists of a practical assumption and finally the fifth exercise will be an oral exposition, of three randomly extracted subjects, one of each of the blocks of subjects according to the specialties.
Applicants who pass the tests of the opposition phases must pass a selective course of a maximum of five academic months at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.
