Evaluation and monitoring of EU Structural and Cohesion Funds programmes 2014-2020 and 2021-2027.

Member States continue to carry out evaluations of their 2014-2020 EU Structural and Cohesion Funds projects and programmes. Have you collected the best data and know how to measure the impacts? What assessment method should be used? Given that new programmes are now being agreed and implemented for 2021-2027, is it clear to us what the New Regulation says about monitoring and evaluation requirements?

The European Institute of Public Administration is the main learning and development centre for the public sector in Europe. It provides specialised training on issues of European integration and meets the needs of the EU Member States and the European Institutions.
