Call for unitary competition for the provision of jobs with administrative and auxiliary functions of subgroups C1 and C2

30/11/2020

The Official State Gazette of November 27 published the call for a unitary competition of 882 places for career officials assigned to the Bodies and Scales of subgroups C1 and C2, with administrative and auxiliary functions, in the scope of the General Government of the State, throughout the national territory.

This call complies with the Resolution of 16 November 2018 of the Secretariat of State for Civil Service, which publishes the I Agreement for the Mobility of Civil Servants in the service of the General Government of the State and responds to the agreement reached on 8 May between the Government of Spain and the trade union organizations CSIF, CCOO and UGT, for the establishment of common criteria.

The places are located in central services as in peripheral services and cover positions from level 14 to 18. In addition, one third of all posts are assigned a level of destination complement 17 and 18.

The definition of the profiles of each of the posts has been formulated in a generic way, describing tasks common to all relief and administrative support personnel (C1 and C2), in order to ensure greater functional and geographical mobility and free participation of career officials.

The scale of merits takes into account seniority, knowledge and experience in the performance of administrative tasks of staff members of subgroups C1 and C2 and the reconciliation of personal, family and work life.

This call is launched thanks to the collaboration of the General Secretariat for Digital Administration (SGAD), which has provided the computer tool (SIGP) for its processing.
