On October 19, the provincial services of MUFACE in A Coruña, Lleida, Salamanca and Toledo joined the system of prior appointment request in their offices through the electronic headquarters and the phone 060.

As of 2 November, members of these provinces will be required to use the 060 or the electronic headquarters of the Mutuality Association to obtain an appointment at these offices.

Since the last 25 May the mandatory appointment was imposed in all the offices of MUFACE, there are already 24 provinces that have the application service through electronic headquarters and phone 060: A Coruña, Álava Albacete, Alicante, Badajoz, Barcelona, Cádiz, Castellón, Córdoba, Granada, Jaén, Lleida, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia, Navarra, Zaragoza, Ourense.

The 060 and electronic headquarters, which work on the common application of the General Secretariat for Digital Administration, add value to security and traceability, and the possibility of meeting at any time, even outside office hours. In addition, they are two key channels in offices with a significant volume of management.

This measure constitutes a further step in the provision of services by MUFACE to which the implementation, on 13 October, of the phonebook application service, through 060 is linked.
