The 5th edition of the International Congress on Transparency and Access to Information will take place from 28 September to 1 October

The next International Congress on Transparency and Access will be held from 28 September to 1 October.

It is a meeting of professionals to discuss and exchange experiences on transparency and participation, accountability, responsible public management, active publicity and areas related to Open Government and Good Government. The Congress presents a multidisciplinary orientation, open to different approaches of law, political science, archival, economics, documentation and communication, among other disciplines.

This edition will be attended by the Centre for Political Party Studies of UNED, the Research, Legal Regulation and Digital Citizen Participation Group of the Complutense University of Madrid, the Association of Professionals and Researchers of Transparency (CREDITRA) and the Platform for Defence of Freedom of Information (PDLI).

The Director-General for Public Governance, Mª Pía Junquera Tempr, will participate on September 29 with the paper "Towards a New Open Government Plan".
