Since 2019, the Directorate General of the Public Service has been developing a talent recruitment programme, which guarantees the incorporation of enough people in the public sector to successfully develop the best public services.

One of the strategies for “talent capture” is to bring together and publicize the job opportunities offered by the Public Service. In the context of this project, workshops are organised in different areas such as universities, professional colleges and educational institutions, where the rapporteurs explain public employment as a career option.

-Rubén Amengual Matas: OOAA Graduate Program of the Ministry of Industry and Energy.

-Virginia Losa Muñiz: Local Administration Officials with National Qualifications Scale.
