The Transparency Portal publishes the Annual Regulatory Plan 2020

The Annual Regulatory Plan for 2020 has been published in the Transparency Portal, which lists the legislative and regulatory initiatives that the government plans to adopt before the end of the year.

The Plan contains a total of 172 proposals: a constitutional reform project, 4 organic laws, 53 ordinary laws and 114 royal decrees. A total of 48 transpose European directives or other provisions into our legislation, and 22 will be subjected to an analysis of the results of their implementation once they have been adopted.

The proposals are listed in the Plan by department of initiative and, within each one, by normative range.

As regards the scope of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service, the following laws and royal decrees have been included:

-Law amending Law 7/1985 of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime.

-Amendment of the recast text of Law 7/2007, of April 12, of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30.

-Civil Service Act of the State Administration

-Regulation of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to information and good governance.

-Royal Decree on the Supply of Public Employment for 2020.
