Publication in the Official State Gazette of conventions on the reduction of administrative burdens

26/06/2020

The conventions published today in the Official State Gazette were signed by the Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service on 12 June, with representatives of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises (CEPYME); of the National Federation of Self-Employed Associations (CEPYME);

The development of these conventions is a commitment on the part of the organisations to promote proposals for simplifying procedures that lead to a reduction in administrative burdens and which mainly affect, but not necessarily the group to which they represent.

These conventions focus on the procedures affecting the energy sector, the circular economy and the fight against climate change, the promotion of self-employment, common administrative procedure and the difficulties encountered by people with disabilities and their families.

In addition, these conventions will make it possible to reduce the documentation requested in the procedures, to improve the interconnection between the different departments, to optimize the information available on the websites of certain agencies, to facilitate the completion of forms or to enable the implementation of information campaigns on topics of general interest, for businesses and citizens.
