The Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, today presided over the act of elevation to public consultation of the Digital Agenda Proposal for Spain.

The Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, today presided over the act of elevation to public consultation of the Digital Agenda Proposal for Spain.


The final document of the Digital Agenda will be prepared and presented once the public consultation process opened today, which will last until September 30, has been completed. The contributions of citizens can be made through the web www.agendadigital.gob.es


This website allows you to access the contents of the Digital Agenda, provide suggestions, recommendations and participate in discussion forums. The main page of the website includes a video of the minister José Manuel Soria where he explains the importance of the Agenda for economic recovery.


The Government understands that transparency and citizen participation is fundamental to strengthening democracy and encourages everyone to contribute ideas and proposals to achieve an objective that it believes is shared by all of Spanish society: to maximize the intelligent use of ICT in Spain.
