Public information on the Royal Decree Project on the Advance Financing of European Works

The Secretariat of State for Telecommunications and for the Information Society opens the public information procedure for the Project of Royal Decree on the advance financing of European works, in accordance with the provisions of article 24.1 c) of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government.

The Reference Project develops the provisions of article 5.3 of Law 7/2010, of March 31, General of Audiovisual Communication.

Appropriate observations, comments and allegations may be submitted. until 22 February 2015.
