In order to give an audience to the affected citizens and gather as many contributions as can be made by persons and entities in relation to the Draft Ordinance determining the cessation of the provision as a public service obligation of universal service elements consisting of adequate and available broadband Internet access over an underlying connection at a fixed location and voice communications service over an underlying connection at a fixed location, This project is submitted to AUDIENCIA PUBLICA UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 82 OF LAW 39/2015, OF 1 OCTOBER, ON THE COMMON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS.
