The Secretariat of State for Digital Advancement (SEAD) submits for consultation to all interested parties (operators, public administrations, National Commission of Markets and Competition and other agents) the list of unique population entities (ESPs) in which, according to the information available to SEAD, there is already a certain degree of coverage of new generation broadband networks (NGA networks) so they must be excluded from the consideration of NGA white areas for the purpose of granting State aid for the realization of projects to extend the coverage of NGA networks during the year 2019.
The objectives of this consultation are: on the one hand, to consolidate the provisional relationship of excluded ESPs, in order to determine the definitive relationship of those that will be excluded from the consideration of NGA white areas and, on the other, to initiate the process of identifying certain white areas in ESPs that, as a whole, lack such consideration.
