Consulta pública sobre el real decreto por el que se desarrolla el reglamento de estadística concursal

In accordance with the provisions of article 133 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in relation to article 26 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government, and with the aim of improving the participation of citizens in the procedure of elaboration of rules, and in particular, prior to the elaboration of the text, a public consultation will be conducted, through the web portal of the competent Administration, in which the opinion of the subjects and the most representative organizations potentially affected by the future rule will be sought on the following aspects:

1. The problems that are intended to be solved by the initiative;
2. The need and opportunity for its approval;
3. The objectives of the standard;
4. Possible alternative regulatory and non-regulatory solutions.

In this regard, it is noted that in the written pleadings it will be necessary to state the following:

• DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF ECONOMIC POLICY (Subdirectorate General of Economic Legal Order)
• Name and surname and/or social name of the natural or legal person who subscribes to the claims, as well as the full name of the participating organization or association (where applicable).
• Contact details, especially the email.
• Clear indication in the “subject” field of the email that the pleadings refer to this document on the insolvency statistics regulation.

NOTE: only those writings of allegations in which the sender is identified will be taken into consideration. In general, the contributions received will be considered to be open to public dissemination. The parts of the information transmitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, must be specifically indicated in the text of the contribution itself, not considering for this purpose the generic messages of confidentiality of the information.
