Public Consultation on the management model of the frequency bands of (694 A 790 MHz), 1.5 GHz (1.427 A 1.517 MHz) and 26 GHz (24.25 A 27.50 GHz)

In order to know the opinion of the citizens directly, the Secretary of State for Digital Advancement, in accordance with the provisions of article 83 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, submits to public consultation The Frequency Band Management Model of 700 MHz (694 A 790 MHz), 1.5 GHz (1,427 A 1,517 MHz) and 26 GHz (24.25 A 27.50 GHz).

Only responses in which the sender is identified will be considered.

In general, the contributions received will be considered to be open to public dissemination. The parts of the information submitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, should be specifically indicated and unequivocally delimited in the text of the contribution itself, in which case the reasons for its consideration as confidential information should be indicated, not considering, for these purposes, the generic messages of confidentiality of the information.
