The purpose of this public consultation is to seek input regarding the process of authorising the use of the 700 MHz (694-790 MHz) frequency band for the provision of wireless broadband electronic communications services, with the aim of adopting the national road map defining the plan and timetable for undertaking this process. In addition, the public consultation addresses different issues associated with the process of releasing the 694-790 MHz frequency band currently used by digital terrestrial television (DTT) services, and other relevant aspects related to the future use of the UHF band.

The parts of the information submitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, must be specifically indicated in the text of the contribution or comment itself, and the reasons for requesting its confidential treatment must be justified in a reasoned manner. Generic messages of confidentiality of information will not be taken into account for these purposes.
