In accordance with the provisions of article 133 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and article 26 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government, the present consultation aims to obtain, directly or through its representative organizations, the opinion of the persons and entities potentially affected by the Royal Decree approving the Regulations for the development of Law 13/2022, of 7 July, General of Audiovisual Communication, in relation to audiovisual commercial communications.

Only those responses in which the sender is identified will be considered and their contribution will be seen on the need, timeliness or content of the text of the normative project of the present public consultation procedure. In general, the responses and contributions received will be considered susceptible to public dissemination.
