In accordance with the provisions of article 133 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and article 26 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government, the present consultation aims to obtain, directly or through its representative organizations, the opinion of the persons and entities potentially affected by the Royal Decree approving the Regulations for the development of Law 13/2022, of 7 July, General of Audiovisual Communication, in relation to audiovisual commercial communications.
