Public consultation for the convening of a public tender for the designation of operator(s) responsible for the provision of services included in the universal telecommunications service in annuities 2025 and 2026

This Public Consultation is published in order to know the opinion of operators, citizens and any interested party on PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE CALL OF A PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE DESIGNATION OF OPERATOR OR OPERATORS IN CHARGE OF THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE UNIVERSAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE IN ANNUITIES 2025 AND 2026, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 133.1 OF LAW 39/2015, OF 1 OCTOBER, OF THE COMMON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS AND ARTICLE 26.2 OF LAW 50/1997, OF 27 NOVEMBER, OF THE GOVERNMENT.

The contributions that you wish to submit within the framework of this consultation procedure may be sent until 24 hours on December 16, 2024.

Only the responses in which the sender is identified and their contribution will be considered to be on the need, timeliness or content of the text of the normative project on which to view the present public consultation procedure. In general, the responses and contributions received will be considered susceptible to public dissemination. The parts of the information submitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, should be specifically indicated in the text of the contribution or comment itself, not considering for this purpose the generic messages of confidentiality of the information.
