The meeting of the technical working group of EUPAN (European Public Administratios Network) was held at INAP Headquarters in Madrid on 4 and 5 October, with the participation of the European Commission, EIPA and delegates from its 27 Member States and seven observer States.
This meeting is part of the meetings organised by each Presidency, jointly held by the Directorates-General for Civil Service and Public Governance, being an opportunity to promote, together with European partners, the objectives of the Strasbourg Ministerial Declaration on Common Values and Challenges of Public Administrations of 2022.
The technical working group meeting had more than 85 representatives from 33 delegations, including a significant increase in the participation of observer states, thus underlining the importance of sharing and implementing best practices in a context of EU enlargement and global alignment of principles of good public governance.
