The INAP Sub-Directorate for Learning has submitted to the Secretariat of State for the European Union the Report of the Preparation Programme for the Spanish Presidency of the EU Council 2023, which starts this Saturday until 31 December 2023.
The INAP has trained more than 1000 people through an ambitious programme of preparation of the General Secretariat for the European Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation and relied mainly on the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.
The aim of the programme has been to acquire professional knowledge, skills and competences for the discharge of the responsibilities of the Presidency of the Council during the six months and for the subsequent development of the corresponding functions within the working groups supporting and supporting the Presidency.
The Preparation Programme has proved to be a highly valuable and relevant initiative. Its specialised approach to the training of very specific profiles of civil servants and career officials has focused on making a decisive contribution to ensuring the success of the Presidency.
