The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) is an autonomous body of the General Government of the State that promotes and supports technological and economic development by granting legal protection to the various forms of industrial property through the granting of patents and utility models (inventions); industrial designs (form creations); trademarks and trade names (distinguishing signs) and titles for the protection of topographies of semiconductive products.
