Today's video of the channel #Public Talent of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service presents us to Juan Vilaplana, Chief of Service N1 of Human Resources Planning of the Prado Museum.

Graduated in law from the University of Alicante, Juan tells us the reasons that prompted him to present himself to the oppositions of the Civil Administration Management Body of the State (Subgroup A2), in which he entered in 2009. Since then he has served in several destinations.

He is currently working at the Prado Museum, where he takes care of the income of the staff (selection and recruitment), their training, and the management of the scholarships offered by the Prado Museum.
