The number of requests for regular change in a health institution has been 26,819 mutualists during the month of January, the only month in which it can be made in this exercise, as contemplated by the current Health Care Concert 2022-2024.

In the coming weeks MUFACE will conduct a voluntary and anonymous survey among the people who have exercised their power of change, in order to analyze their responses and perceptions in the equator of the validity of the Concert 2022-2024.

Another factor to take into account is the increase in requests for change made through the MUFACE Electronic Headquarters, which accounts for 75.5% of all processed. Further information
