The YouTube channel of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service, #Public Talent, inaugurates the year 2023 with the video of Sonia Postigo, of the General Directorate of Public Service, responsible for the Talent Capture Plan, a project started in 2019 in order to publicize what we do in the public sector.
Through visits to Universities, Professional Colleges and Vocational Training Centres, Sonia tells us its experience of what it means to transfer to the youngest sector of society the options offered by public employment, highlighting the vocation of public service for employees and public employees.
