Since October 4, 2022, MUFACE has a new service at its electronic headquarters to obtain the certificate of membership to a health entity. It can be requested by any mutualist owner of the collective and is obtained instantly using Cl@ve, electronic certificate or electronic ID. This certificate could already be requested through the offices of the Mutuality Association, but not by electronic means, a novelty that allows the certificate to be obtained immediately without moving to the aforementioned offices.

The main objective of this certificate, among others, is that each person can claim his/her health status with an official MUFACE document when he/she needs it, and it also includes the protected beneficiaries (unlike the “Membership Card” document, which does not include this information).

The MUFACE Plan Advances 2021-2023, within its Strategic Objective of Simplification, aims to maximise the efforts of the mutualists and the agility of the response, which means minimizing the role, enhancing the electronic headquarters as a channel of interaction, always taking into account the digital divide and preserving conventional channels.

With this new service, which is expected to be satisfactory and easy to use, the Mutuality continues to give the utmost importance to the objective of digital transformation, while maintaining personalized attention to the mutualist collective, as well as all non-electronic channels.
